Bug Tracking for SME?

Just had a brief convo with James from ideltime about bug tracking software. Here is the list we came up with

  • Trac - OpenSource and free, integrates wiki, roadmaps, bug tracking (no email support)
  • FogBugz - Advanced feature sets but reminds me of Windows
  • Sifter - Haven’t used yet but lots of thought went into the visual design
  • Lighthouse - What James is using right now and is happy with
