Bug Tracking for SME?
Just had a brief convo with James from ideltime about bug tracking software. Here is the list we came up with
Trac - OpenSource and free, integrates wiki, roadmaps, bug tracking (no email support)
FogBugz - Advanced feature sets but reminds me of Windows
Sifter - Haven’t used yet but lots of thought went into the visual design
Lighthouse - What James is using right now and is happy with

Glad to see the bright minds at IDEO are working on education. See IDEO’s Ten Tips For Creating a 21st–Century Classroom Experience. The premise of their approached focuses on “inspiring students to be seekers of knowledge, rather than passive receivers of information” (source: case study).
